Just had a complete wobbler at waterloo and didn’t get on the Northern Line meaning I’ve missed the last class of night school and feeling like having a massive cry. Feeling nauseous semi permanently doesn’t help either.
I find my (low level) anxiety really jumps out in pregnancy and especially in the early days; this is my third one and I’m 11 weeks now.
I even find my thoughts running to absolute worst case scenarios like terrorism etc even though I’ve lived in London 15 years now and use the tube frequently.
Anyone else had this and do you remember it abating as you got further along?
