Food for thirty 7 year olds?

What food, and how much, would you honestly make for a 7 year old birthday party with about 30 children around lunchtime?

I'm thinking just a load of pizzas, some bowls of crisps, and then fruit and birthday cake as a dessert (with anything else for anyone who can't eat that), as at least that will be eaten.

Hot dogs go down well, tesco do good veggie ones. Hummus and carrot/ cucumber sticks also surprisingly popular.

Party rings, not a party without party ring biscuits

Pizza and oven chips

Are you having the party at home? Do you have a gigantic enough oven to cook enough pizza at once? I'd aim for at least one supermarket pizza between three, plus sandwiches or veg hot dogs and veg sticks as previous posters suggested.
My four and six year old can almost finish a supermarket pizza between them.
Chicken nuggets and falafel have been popular at recent parties that they've been to.

It's in a hall, so we should be able to do 3-4 pizzas at a time and then just try and keep them warm or something. I absolutely refuse to make enough sandwiches for that many children!

Hummous is a good shout, I'd forgotten that, and chicken nuggets can be cooked around the pizzas. A cold pasta salad would be really easy to prep before hand too.

My thinking on the fruit was again it's easy, and it makes the vaguest show at something healthy!

Party Rings will obviously be there too.
