Can you see on an item for sale if it has a minimum price? So where someone sells something but they set a reserve price on it?

The reserve won't show, but the item will show as 'reserve not met' if you bid and it's not enough to meet the reserve. There's no way of knowing what the reserve is until you have bid up to meet (or exceed) it.

Ok thanks so even if no one has put a bid on it will it say reserve not met?

Yes. It shows under the starting price if no one has bid yet.

the base reserve price on ebay is £50 so if its reserve not met and under that price then its minimum £50 or over
