Kevin the sodding carrot

Made the mistake of telling DS that Aldi do Kevin the carrot in soft toy form. Now that's the only thing he wants for Christmas 😩

Has anyone got one previously? If so do I stand a chance of getting him online? Or do I have to get up ridiculously early to get to Aldi?

Most aldis should have loads of the smaller Kevin's, Katie's, kids, pascal's (parsnip) and tree decorations but if my store is anything to go by the giant Kevin's will be harder to get. We had only a couple arrive sadly, there should be more but I don't know if/when they will arrive. So for the giant Kevin go to store on opening

I stayed awake till 3am and thought i had got them but page kept crashing whilst trying to pay, but ive woken up to a confirmation email so it must have gone through. We will have one happy grandson on xmas day.

Got to Aldi for 7:00 to be the only one there! They had loads of the big ones and they were letting people buy more than 2!

Managed to order a parsnip and a katie online and then got a Kevin each and another parsnip and Katie.

I stayed up until 1.30am, took about an hour getting the family in my basket, tried to pay about 15 times before they said they couldn’t use my card details as I’d tried to many times so gave up 😩

Stroller into our nearest Aldi at 10am and there were piles of the bloody things 😂

I saw these earlier, didn't buy any but they are very cute. Lots in our store today.

I stocked up on SquishMallows, they sell out fast. No better 'pillow' anywhere than these.

Well after all that I never managed to get one! Have seen pople asking £100 for the big one. Oh well thankfully DS is happy with a single carrot parent family and I didn’t really need the giant carrot

I was in aldi earlier, not to buy a plush carrot just a regular shop and the checkout lady said they sold out in the first hour of trading and people were queuing 2 hours before store opening.

Glad you got what you wanted op and you'll have a happy ds come Christmas morning, also glad my dd didnt want one.

There were loads in my local ALDI earlier this evening.

I went around 3:30pm and there were tons left - none of the giant ones though. I wasn't going even in to get them as I hadn't expected there to be any left so I picked a couple up for DD. A quick shop for some essentials turned out to be much more expensive than planned!

Everyone had one or more in their trolley yesterday, it was amazing! There were no fights though. I even contemplated buying the parsnip and I've not even seen any of the adds.....it's so cute!

Loads in my local Aldi too. Got DS a standard sized Kevin and think he'll like that - he wanted one last year and they'd all sold out when I went to look. Am now considering a parsnip for myself!
