Have been given diazepam from GP for severe anxiety.. I’ve had 14mg spread our since Mon evening, in 2mg doses. It’s hit me ,ike a train, blurred vision, hands are shaking and no balance.. is that normal? Feel very strange ! In a uni class of all things and can hardly see the board.

If you haven't taken it before it can make you very fuzzy and spaced out..and 14mg while not a lot is enough if you think it's been 48 hours since first dose?
I'd leave it off for a bit and try and space it out much more. I've just taken 2mg because I got up for wotk thi morning, back went into spasm and I literally cannot move without severe pain. (I've had this happen before so had some handy thank god) I may need another dose but 10mg knocks me sideways as you describe as I take in about once a year!

I suggest you go home and try and sleep until it wears off a bit. I presume it's a short term remedy as docs don't usually prescribe it for long as it is addictive. Have you spoken to your GP about a longer acting med (My ds2 is on Sertraline for anxiety and it work really well)

I’m in fluoxetine yeah... I took 6mg Monday night and then 8mg yesterday over the day. Nothing since 1am, just want to sleep now. It’s horrible. I’m wanting to hang on to speak to lecturer .
