Snowsuit for 3 year old

3year old is about out the pram now so the pram snuggly is no use. I want to get him a warm snow suit to wear but nothing too padded as he needs to be able to move. Not too thin however.

It is hard to buy these things online so can anyone just recommend me one? I'm not near an outdoor store any time soon.

Thanks!

Depends what you want it for. Not all snow suits are waterproof. Might be with looking at fleece lined rain overalls, layering underneath.

Also depends on whether you’re potty training - I go for waterproof trousers and a seperate decent rain coat for quick access! Can layer up underneath as required and more flexible for different weathers. I like Polarn O Pyret outdoor gear.

What do you want it for? Snow or just cold weather?
If just for cold weather I bought DS thick fleece tracksuit bottoms last year. One pair from an outdoor shop and 2 from Aldi.
I've been trying to find DS waterproof trousers for the park but I've had no luck.
I also thought about an all 1 one snow suit but then decided waterproof trousers plus coat seemed more practical.

If you're not near an outdoor shop M&S have snow suits but they only go up to age 2-3.

Thanks for responses. Cold weather like today it is 1 deg here and he is scooting in just thin trousers. (I'm just wearing tights but am not 3 and can tolerate cold) he is well potty trained and can do stand up wees.

Fleece lined sounds good

I'd go to Lidl and get one of their ski parkas - they're warmer and better quality than a lot of the raincoats that I've had for the kids over the years and only £14. That plus wellies should cover most weather and for the really rainy days I'd get some thin waterproof trousers to go over normal trousers or joggers. The ski parkas have a waistband which snaps in so waterproof trousers won't fall down and water won't get up inside the coat.

We had one of those splash suits when the DCs were small which was great until they were potty training, and then they were hard to get off in a hurry.

I went for seperates this year with 3.5 year old. The trousers are from Lidl, waterproof and fleece lined. She can wear them with a waterproof jacket or thick winter one.

I recently bought my 2.5yo fleece lined, waterproof dungarees, he has lots of waterproof /warm jackets he can wear with them. Bought them from JoJo mama Bebe, and also some snow boots.
