Oh fuck, I'm going to be ill, aren't I?

Didn't have any appetite for dinner (DH cooks every night, I eat dinner with him every night). I couldn't really face it and so said I'd have a small portion.

I felt a bit 'meh' about it but had a few mouthfuls of my child size portion I asked for. Fast forward after having a few bites about 20 minutes ago and I feel mildly nauseous.

Not a good that would usually cause any odd impacts etc. I eat it all the time.

I'm coming down with a bloody sickness bug, aren't I?! Envy

I feel nauseous and could easily vomit if I really thought about it.

There are lots of bugs going round, it’s the time of year for it. I had it last week at 34 weeks pregnant, not good 🤢.
Hope you feel better soon.

StopTheSundayBlues · 20/11/2018 20:25

Soy Thank you! I really don't fancy being ill. Second week into my new job Sad

Plus a very fast 1 year old to look after Envy

It does sound ominous!

My DH is currently overcome with manflu that I really hope I don’t get as I’m very pregnant.

StopTheSundayBlues · 20/11/2018 20:34

Oh ffs, those off tender/stabby pains in my tummy have just started up Envy And nausea still there.

Sex I hope you don't get anything nasty from your DH... And I hope you don't go against the username and have a 'gender reveal' Grin

Put a positive spin on it. You're going to lose 2lb minimum without even trying, yay!

Now make a list of all the things you are going to eat when you get better.

Sexnotgender · 20/11/2018 21:20

Haha, no gender reveal here don’t worry!

We have however told family the sex of my massive bump.

MamaLovesMango · 20/11/2018 21:26

Exactly the same scenario for me and DD1 on sunday evening et voila! We had a puke fest. Sorry OP. It really is going about, I hope it amounts to nothing for you.

We’re fully recovered but now I have DD2’s cold. I’m sure these kids are trying to kill me.....

shortgreengiraffe · 21/11/2018 09:36

How are you doing @StopTheSundayBlues ?

Hope your workplace understand if you need time off.

StopTheSundayBlues · 21/11/2018 10:20

short I'm good thank you Thanks

There's bugger all wrong with me! Just a fleeting bout of feeling sick I'm guessing.

I had a steaming hot bath and felt instantly better.

At work today as usual Smile

Ahem! Any chance you need to pee on a stick?

StopTheSundayBlues · 21/11/2018 12:11

PoliticalBiscuit Bloody hope not. My DC is just 1 and I've always said I'd stop at 1, despite DH being desperate for one more

Haven't had sex in about 6 weeks though. Can't remember when last AF was, might've been not that long ago, I never keep up since I'm lucky enough to have short and low flows Blush

With you last update especially - I ditto PoliticalBiscuit and think you need to POAS OP just in case! Grin

ememem84 · 22/11/2018 16:08

Yeah...I’d be peeing on sticks too...

PickAChew · 22/11/2018 16:11

About 6 weeks is when morning sickness kicks in....

Baking101 · 22/11/2018 16:37

I was going to say pregnancy to be honest. My experience of sickness bugs is they come on fast. They aren't really slow about it they just hit you hard. I had one a few months ago, felt absolutely fine up until 8am and it was literally like a switch got flicked. Was really ill got days later, a bath couldnt have cured it.

It's either pregnancy or maybe just af about to visit.

Sexnotgender · 22/11/2018 16:44

Get thee a stick to pee on!

StopTheSundayBlues · 22/11/2018 19:46

About 6 weeks is when morning sickness kicks in...

Not for me it's not Sad HG from 4 weeks onwards, hospitalised on a drip on and off throughout the entire time I'm pregnant

But I will pee on a stick, just for fun. I'll update when I take test x

Ooooh waiting for update !

Isadora2007 · 22/11/2018 20:00

Now I’m waiting too- and ridiculously pleased you didn’t have a bug as I hate sick bugs. 😂
