Neom Sleep Program or similar?

Hi, I'm just looking at Neom's Scent to Sleep range and am thinking of trying this as I'm a massive insomniac.

Does anyone have any experience of this range? Or similar, pillow sprays and hand creams/oils to aid sleep?

Thanks

Not the Scent to Sleep, but
I have got the Neom De-stress kit.

It's a set of 3 mini products that I apply just before bedtime (pulse-point roller on wrists/temples etc, followed by a small amount of hand cream, rubbed in palms and breathed in slowly, then finally a scented mist that you spritz over your face from above.

I thought I'd try it as a starting point. Was only £20 and although small, does last a while.
I love it, and find just the routine of it every night and the fact it feels and smells luxurious, makes me feel relaxed and bit pampered.
I've since bought the body oil too and my DD has the pillow spray which she loves.

I can assure you they don’t work Wink

It sounds nice. Glad they do last a while as I'm getting a little kit. Although I've seen a couple of other brands that look good. One is at 30% off atm for Black Friday so might order that.

But no. I doubt it'll work. Nothing else does 🙄

Not the This works pillow spray I hope. It doesn’t work.

I found a thing to listen to on YouTube that sent me (nearly) to sleep. I’m going to try it out again to see if it was a one off. When I first put it on I thought I would hate it.

Ok so I listened to some of the YouTube thing again last night. It’s calledd SPOKEN sleep talk down:meditation for healing,insomnia.... I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been so tired both times I’ve listened but it does seem to stop me from thinking as I try to sleep and from moving around a lot. I have no idea what he’s talking about after a few minutes, I think it’s the fact that his voice sounds so monotone and boring that he sends me off to sleep!

Thanks for the tips. I'll take a look at those apps. Yes, I've ordered the this works pillow spray. 😣

Neom - the pillow spray may or may not work for you; if it relaxes you, great; but no, it's not magic spray. Give it a try!

neom · 21/11/2018 11:39

I'll try it. Can't see it working to be honest. It'll be a miracle if it does, might be a nice treat though anyway!

What have you tried already neom? Do you know what it is that stops you sleeping? Do you fall asleep and then wake, or not even get to sleep in the first place?

Honestly, some pretty smells aren't going to do much if it's as bad as you say it is. Although I understand how frustrating it is so you're willing to try anything.

neom · 21/11/2018 11:49

No, I haven't already tried it. I've ordered the It Works spray (it clearly won't!).

Yes, I've tried most things including some pretty gruelling sleep re-training. Didn't work. Maybe worth another shot.

Sometimes I can't fall asleep at all. Sometimes I wake up after a couple of hours, usually at 3.10 strangely.

I can have absolutely no worries etc and seemingly nothing on my mind yet there I am, wide awake. So frustrating.
