Just use their live chat, Amazon customer service is great

Live chat, I bought headphones back in September and they just stopped working yesterday. Went on their live chat, they sent me return labels, I posted them back today and the money has already gone on my amazon account!

Yep, live chat. Have the order number to hand.
I've just done it with a gift i bought 6 weeks ago, but has only just been opened. Found it to be poor quality so asked for a refund, and they emailed me a postage label for Royal Mail. When I emailed back to say thank you, they refunded me. I've not even sent the parcel yet.

Yes live chat. You might have to be a bit insistent but they just refunded me for a phone that broke a year after purchase.
