How many people would you say on average visit the cafe per day?
How does this change at the weekend?
Do most people coming in get takeaways or sit down?
Would be really good to know vaguely where you are located too - are you in a large city? town? out of town?
Big ask, but I'm really hoping for some helpful replies.
