No point getting upset about it, she (and by the sounds of it the intervals of the phone ) are in bits!
She’s out at one of her volunteering session at the moment so her cousin who also helps has been messaging me about it all. Never mind........

Argh! The internals of the phone!!!!

The components won't rattle around in an iPhone due to everything being screwed down. What iPhone is it as I can give you an estimate of what it will cost to repair.
