In the last week I’ve had to chase for help from two companies, one is my LA and the other is my son’s high school.
Both times they just resend emails I’ve already had telling me what to do, the point is it doesn’t work/ I don’t have enough information etc and just doesn’t answer the actual question I’m asking!
What is that all about? The school are currently moving over from an excellent communication platform to a frankly shite one and it’s a nightmare to get accurate info. All the admin staff keep doing is sending me the link for the app ‘you have to look here now’. I bloody am but there is nothing in it. I’m not the only one having trouble. I don’t even mind if they say they don’t know but the fake help of repeating themselves and not listening is annoying.
Anyone else find this?
