50th birthday present ideas

My sister is about to turn 50. I have a budget if £150 for her present and wang to get something special and something she can keep. She wouldn't want any experience days. No hobbies really. Possibly a necklace, but would need to be something a bit different (I looked at Tiffany, but the necklaces she would like are above budget there). Can anyone help with suggestions? Thanks

I've had several significant birthdays recently and they all wanted nothing, as they had everything.
I looked into buying a paper produced on the day they were born, but they aren't cheap.
I found a website that had events in history related to their birthday date, got some nice thick paper and chose several interesting facts from the site, copied it to a word document, bit of fiddling about with fonts and spacing etc and boom! an original present that no one else will give them! You could buy a really nice frame for it to finish it off. I'll find the website if you're interested?
