School nativity

DC first school nativity, age 5, coming up. Would you always try to ensure someone is at both showings of the play? Timings and family circumstances making it difficult to attend both or to ask relatives to attend one in my place.

We've only ever gone to one showing of anything with school, but at our current primary there is a limit of two tickets per family for whole school plays because of the number of children and space in the hall. The boys have always understood we can't go to every showing, either because of ticket allocations on the schools side or work/other commitments.

If the school allow you to go to multiple showings and you/family etc. want to go, then either go as a group to one showing or split up to cover both showings. It's your choice.
