Can anyone please help me to organise my life. I can't think straight.

I need a routine.

I have mental health issues and I'm drowning.

It's Monday morning and I have no breach of milk or something for tea.

I didn't bring my bank card out so I can't even do it on way home.
I know when I get home I will just cry and not want to leave the house again. (I think I may have mild agoraphobia)

My hous3 is a mess :(

Can anyone help me figure out a weekly routine. For cleaning and ordering food in.

I know it sounds pathetic but I really don't even know where to start my brain is so muddled up

Order a pizza and get it delivered tonight, make it easy on yourself.

For food, I check the weekly mailers to see the specials for the nearby supermarkets when they come out. I then meal plan around what’s on special and work out what I need of each thing. Sometimes I online shop but more often I go to the supermarket late at night after the after work rush and I just stroll around leisurely.

For cleaning, I tidy the kitchen and wipe down surfaces as required, tidy other rooms as required, do bathroom every few days, vacuum and mop once a week, washing is dried and put away the same day, do dusting and other cleaning things when the mood takes me but the house is essentially clean and hygienic.

Can you get a delivery pass for a supermarket? For £10 a month Tesco do an anytime pass that even includes same day delivery! There are also cheaper alternatives. Then you can set up a recurring order and if you're really struggling you just add the entire contents of the last shop to your basket and check out. You might not have much variety for a while but it takes some of the load off thinking about it.

I have a delivery saver. I'm just so unorganized everything feels like a marathon right now. Even ordering a shop

Have you spoken to anyone? Your GP may be a good starting point

Yes to a delivery pass. Shopping comes to us on the same day each week. I rarely do a ‘top up’ shop.

Carry a handbag whenever you leave the house, with cards, keys and phone.

My keys are on a fob attached to my purse. So at least if I have one, I have the other.
