Miscarriage

Hi all , I had a normal ( well what felt normal ) period which finished around 8 days ago , so the other day I started spotting red blood and it’s now become heavier and i have passed a very large blood clot which looked like a fetus today , it was the size of my index finger ,whilst at work’ sorry if tmi!

Are u asking if it was a miscarriage?If it was length of finger which is about 3-4 inches that would be a fetus over 12 weeks and it would be pretty recognisable as a fetus.

Could it be a decidual cast? They can look really odd, it's like a cast of the womb, shedding the lining.

Hi, yes I am asking if it could be a miscarriage. I went to the doctors today but she said they don’t send people for scans anymore & that it could of been a miscarriage. And they asked me to go back Friday and see how the bleeding goes.
