I have been separated with my ex for almost 2 years following fraud, emotional and mental abuse, and also unreasonable behaviour. We have 3 beautiful children however the relationship with their father is shocking, he doesn't care for the children, no overnight access (his choice) he has them a few hours a week and does not provide for them. He has now moved in with his girlfriend and her children.
I have been offered a job in the US and when I approached him about this his response was "no". No reason, no explanation just no. Obviously as a single mother court fees aren't great. There is no maintenance orders or court orders. The children live with me, has anyone experienced anything like this and what to do? My children want to live in the US, I personally think they would have a better lifestyle. I'm just looking for advice and a direction really.
