My seven year old just handed me a tonsil stone. It stinks. He is ok in himself but this keeps happening. The inside of his mouth is a bit mottled. He’s had grommits and has always been a bit ENTish, he’s had nasal cautery, and his adenoids have been removed but not his tonsils.

So, back to ENT or ride it out?

Teach him to gargle with salt water. Mention it next time he needs to see a GP.
