I mean the names self explanatory but why?!

How long is the hair? Pipe cleaner plaits always works for a crazy style.

Or just don't brush it.

Not necessarily crazy, but a really fun one I've done.

Put hair into high bunches.
Cut a hole into the bottom of two cupcake cases
Thread cases over bunches
Twirl bunches round into little buns. Secure.
Find a red button, attach to a hair pin and poke into the top of each bun.
Hairspray.

You've now got a pair of cherry-topped cupcakes!
