sore armpits- worried

I'm going to the GP tomorrow. Both my armpits feel achey and one feels sort of itchy inside. I'm exhausted and have had a lot of viruses and colds the last few weeks. Suddenly feel very worried...please talk me down!

Please don’t, this often happens to me too!

I have had this and was thoroughly checked out.. in my case it was perimenopause!

I meant to say I also sometimes feel a lump with it that lasts a while and goes away. I panicked once and went to the doctor and she said it was just due to feeling run down, can’t remember exact name for it.

Thank you. I'm on the sofa with a blanket while DH does everything today...but tomorrow he's going away with work for 3 days. I just don't feel well at the moment. Anxiety doesn't help either.
