sore armpits- worried

I'm going to the GP tomorrow. Both my armpits feel achey and one feels sort of itchy inside. I'm exhausted and have had a lot of viruses and colds the last few weeks. Suddenly feel very worried...please talk me down!

Absolutely no chance of pregnancy... I do feel really really tired and run down.
