DH bought and fitted a radiator 3 years ago - all done properly with inhibitor etc.
Just noticed it's weeping a bit. Not very good after 3 years.
Emailed Screwfix at 15:09 this afternoon (yes, Sunday !). Had a refund at 15:34 and personally typed email of apology at 15;36 - less than 15 minutes ago.
So from complaint to refund on a Sunday - 25 minutes.
Needless to say we'll be using them again for the replacement.
Just wanted to balance all the horror stories about bad service.
(This should serve as an example to all those outfits that try and duck bad service rather than use them as an opportunity to shine - we will happily use Screwfix again - and as this post shows - recommend them to all.)
