Anyone have the 'Friends' Monopoly game?

Thinking of getting this as our family Christmas game as all 3 of my DD's are Friends fans!

Is it any good? Obviously I know it's a gimmick.

I LOVE IT!! I also have Friends trivial pursuit bought by a relative and they were dumbfounded that I got not one question wrong!! 😂😂

Bet my girls would like the trivial pursuits too! (I would have a big disadvantage!)
