Smart watch recommendations for girls

I'm considering a smart watch for DD for Christmas. She has quite petite wrists and some of the ones I've looked at seem quite big and bulky and 'manly' looking. I'm not looking for pink and girly btw but they do look quite masculine.

Also she has a huawei phone. Will any smart watch sync to that?

Any smart watch advice appreciated please!

But yes, they are all (?) pretty big. I think you need to embrace that as part of the look
