UGG: no confirmation email

UGG are having this great sale. I bought two pairs of boots online this morning at a saving of £100! I was very pleased.

But then I got no confirmation email. So I don't know my order number. I've tried calling them. No answer. Have sent an enquiry email but no response.

Now I'm concerned. I don't really have any recourse, do I? Except I paid by credit card.

@Cobblersandhogwash did you create an account/log in when you ordered?

If so, you should be able to see it in your order history on the website :)

Cobblersandhogwash · 17/11/2018 17:48

No. Ordered as a guest.

It's the official site.
Maybe they haven't begun to process your order yet. I really wouldn't panic until the transaction is visible on your statement.
They will be having high sales demand this month.
I've been after the chelsea boots from there for aaaaaaages!

You're right. I won't worry until Monday.

I had this worry yesterday on a different website, turned out I just didn't finish clicking all the buttons to confirm the order! The items were still showing in the basket (I wasn't signed in) I'd already checked pending transactions on my banking and nothing there so it was just me getting distracted and not clicking the 'buy now' button. Is the stuff still showing in the basket? If you use the same device to go back on it should still show it even if you aren't logged into the site, always does for me on most websites.

Gah. It's all my fault. In my haste to buy the boots, I mistyped my email address. Called them today and the boots are on their way.

Phew!

Thanks all.
