Net vs Gross pay calculated

Sorry super boring but wondered if anyone could help.
Trying to work out what £10 per hour net would be in gross pay and being a bit daft and can't work it out!
Can anyone help?

Depends on tax rate, personal allowance etc.

It could be £10 if you were a low earner for example.

Thanks for your reply.

Taxable earning rate but this would be extra (but not second job - would count as part of first job/overtime).

Just a rough guide really if possible - would it be £12/14 etc
