Anyone know how to get info about call history?

I rang EE and they said as I don't have itemised billing they can't give me the information I need.
I need all information related to two or three numbers and they said I'd need to go through a solicitor.

Anyone know what type of solicitor I would need?

If it helps it's related to a car company where I've had a courtesy car for over 4 months and they couldn't care less.
Was hoping for all the call records as evidence of how hard I've tried to resolve the issue! It'll easily be over 100 phone calls and phone call attempts where they don't ring me back

Would they show on your online account at all?

I've looked but couldn't see anything, but they was on my phone app! So I could try it on my laptop?
