The old saying was fair, fat and 40 and that was pretty well true for three generations of my family (skinny sister escaped it). But I don't remember shoulder pain and couldn't ever feel a lump.

Press under your right side rib, if very painful it could indicate gallbladder problems. In my experience, I had what seemed like chronic indigestion, it was so bad one night I thought it was a heart attack. After visiting A&E I was diagnosed with gallstones.

For peace of mind, and if the pain is getting too bad maybe ring NHS111 for advice

Are you in UK? Could ring 111. It's the appetite thing that rings alarm bells.

Thanks for replies noit's not to sore when pressed just a felling of something moving around like gas and contracting of a muscle. No im in Ireland really don't want to go to a&e average wait would be around 6 hrs and the wedding at 2

Not sure about the pea sized lump but shoulder pain is often referred pain from gallbladder. You feeling sick at all? Not sure what systems you have in Ireland but you do have a GDOCS type thing? Ours is beside emergency dept, you call 111 and they give you an appointment and its ran by GPs.
It doesnt matter what the family dynamics are, if you are not well enough then you wont make the wedding. There is no point in going if you are in pain of vomiting. Not everyone feels the same with gallbladder pain, my husband was very unwell as a stone got caught in the common bile duct and he was very jaundiced. He was hospitalised for 2 weeks and off his face on morphine the whole time.
