Dh and I are not very clued up on social media. We always have to think long and hard about what the dc are allowed on, do our research and aren't swayed by what dc say their friends are allowed.
15 year old dd has WhatsApp and normal texting. She has been asking for the last 6 months if she is allowed snapchat and tonight has begged us and even gone upstairs to write a case showing why she should be allowed it!
Have tried researching but am getting mixed messages. Would random strangers see her snapchat? Can anybody ask to follow her? How can we protect her if we say yes?
Can I please be enlightened on reasons why she should or should not be allowed on it as I don't want to say no unless I can justify it.
