Those metal water bottles - chillys

Dd has asked for a "chillys" water bottle. I think she means a metal bottle in general. Is this particular brand essential to get or will one of the 'cheaper' brands or shop ones do ok?
I don't mind paying for chillys if it will be 'better' IYSWIM

That one is beautiful! Definitely get her the real chillys, I'd be gutted if I asked for that and got an ugly amazon knockoff. Friend has an amazon one, only a month old and it looks like absolute shit already, like someone's been throwing rocks at it.

How olds your DD OP? My sister (14) wants one because they're all over Instagram ads and her favourite b-list bloggers and vloggers are all advertising them but pretending they aren't . I dont think she's desperate to keep a drink cool so much as wants to carry around what they have too IYSWIM. A bit like branded anything i suppose, the point is you can see the brand. I'd just ask her if she specifically wants the brand or just wants a cool bottle. They aren't cheap are they.

Each to their own but I hate chilled water! I always prefer it at 'ambient' temperature. No chillys for me.

Me and DH both had one. Mine got stolen, his leaks. Their customer service was disinterested. I won’t be buying another of that brand!
