Is there anything wrong with eating...

...cereal twice a day and only one proper meal?

I tend to eat cereal for breakfast, have a relatively healthy lunch and then just eat cereal again for dinner. Is this going to harm my health in the long run? The cereal is usually something like shredded wheat or frosted wheats.

Strange question, I know. Just curious.

Are you getting enough fruit and veg?

mundaymoaner · 16/11/2018 19:53

didn't people do this in the 80s as a diet??? are you on a life long diet?

LoniceraJaponica · 16/11/2018 19:53

Not very healthy but I could think of worse things to eat.

Passthecake30 · 16/11/2018 19:59

Do you get all the other food groups in at lunch/snacks as I'd treat the cereal as only providing carbs.

Well I don’t think you’ll be getting all the nutrients and stuff that you need but there are definitely people with worse diets
What kind of thing do you have for lunch?
