Hi Wise People in My Phone!

My 4 year old son has come out with a cluster of what look like yellow heads on his face and one bottom cheek.

I've no experience of chicken pox as I was too young to remember having it. Does this look like it could be it?

Very weirdly, the spots have all but disappeared today. Very strange but thankful that it appears not to be the dreaded pox
