I was on the bus this morning, two buggies in the wheelchair bit and a woman in a wheelchair wanted to get on so we folded them up. Woman in the wheelchair changed her mind and went after a different bus so we unfolded again and put babies back in.
In the meantime a woman with a buggy had seen the empty spaces and got on at the front (and paid!) but by this time I'd already sat down with other dc. She complained to the driver and even then I didn't realise she must have thought we'd snuck on through the back door. Driver let her stay on anyway without folding so she didn't do too badly out of it but she did give me a few glares and I wondered why.
Not in aibu but I didn't have to fold the buggy again did I? She could have folded hers..
And what situation have been in that you only realised was an awkward moment much later?
