Costco question or other suggestions for buffet food

..never been to Costco , but need to cater for a buffet for 60 people in a few weeks.

Was going to use M&S or Waitrose for platters of sandwiches, nibbles etc but was wondering if costco would do the same for cheaper.? Would it need to be ordered or whatever is available?

Have looked on their website but cant see anything.

You need a membership, but yes they do this.

Think you could call your local store to ask, or just go in.

They also do huge cakes for about £10.00

Lots of salads, cheeses, meats if you don't want to have them make sandwiches.

And definitely cheaper.

I would say cheaper and much better! If you go into store and get what is there it is cheaper than ordering. You can get sandwich platters, cooked chickens, chicken wings, salads, pizza, satay sticks and much more in store.

Costco cake is horrible. Sandwiches and nibbles are good though.

Also look at Morrisons, theirs are very nice and half the price of M&S.

Costco sandwiches are so much nicer than M&S. They also do trays of little cakes and eclairs if you'd rather do bite size rather than huge. Salad as well are nice.

Costco sandwich platters are very nice :)

You would need a membership (or to go with a friend who has one) but we go a few times a year and it’s worth it.

The Costco cakes are ok, but their pastries are brilliant. There are other bargains to be had while you’re there too - you’d be able to pick up plenty of soft drinks etc for a good price :)
