Ok... dramatic title. But please help me with my washing machine!
Following on from my post about my machine leaving clothes not so fresh, I decided to tackle it today.
Removed the drawer... Oh my good lord, the entire back of it is pretty much black with mould! I managed to spray and scrub (kitchen cleaner, white vinegar, yadda yadda, sponge, bottle brush, toothbrush)
I've managed to get most of it off but I can't get it out of the small nooks & crannies 🤢
On to the rubber seal. Managed to clean most of the fold, there's a bit of mould that I can't shift, it's seems to be embedded into the seal!
Then there's the fold literally between the drum and the seal... I cannot for the life of me get in there good enough to thoroughly clean it.
Help! Is there any hope for my washing machine or is it time to get a new one?
I do have D&G appliance cover... I bet it won't cover any of this though.
I feel a bit sick.
