I am currently in the middle of court hearings with my ex over my children. We had the first hearing last week where the judge ordered me a child arrangement order and prohibited steps order. He has only allowed my ex indirect contact until he has a physiciatric evaluation due to his mental health and attempted suicide. I suffered domestic abuse from him and put this in my court application and he retaliated in the cafcass report that I abused my son by biting him (all lies) However in court the judge asked if he wanted to take the accusations further and he said no. Then yesterday I had a social worker contacted me saying she is investigating the accusations. I’m now so worried the children will be taken away when I’ve done nothing wrong. Feeling so sad and don’t know how I can expose his lies and prove my innocence
