Blank Friday netbook

Hi I'm trying to buy a cheap but hopefully good value netbook for my son but have no idea what to buy or the specs.

Any ideas? He's loves the look of my work surface pro (ha!) but my budget is circa £250, I could stretch a very tiny bit if it's a good deal.

He'll use it mainly for internet surfing, homework, watching movies.

Can anyone help me? Links appreciated!

Anyhoo apparently that should be rammy enough according to DBF but I doubt it's anything like a Surface, but I don't suppose he'll need anything so snazzy.
