Tesco Code 6

Does anyone know what a Code 6 is in Tesco? It was announced over the tannoy. None of the staff I was near reacted in anyway. 3 or 4 minutes they announced the code 6 was over. Its one of those things which will annoy me until I find out.

Cocobana I would have hoped for a biy more of a reaction if it was a zombie apocalypse!

According to a couple of forums it means cash office, although I prefer Cocobana's zombie apocalypse theory!

Code 6 is a missing child, staff cover the exits and do a sweep of the shop floor, toilets etc

Then of course cancel code 6 means they have been found
