Cooked lamb shoulder

Can i freeze it,i cooked too much and wont eat it all.

Yes, or you can turn it into shepherds pie filling and freeze that, yum

If it was fresh. Yes
If it was frozen before cooking. Yes.
If it was cooked and then frozen. No.

Yes of course you can.

Although why you wouldn't have it on doorstep white sandwiches with lots of butter, salt and pepper, I don't know. Grin

I always make double triple the amount of gravy and then freeze the lamb in a plastic box sliced up with the spare gravy. Instant roast lamb second time round.

Yes you can freeze it. It's my absolute favourite though, so I never have any left to freeze Smile
