Hi, I'm after ideas of indoors rainy day activities to do with a 3 year old. At the moment we play with his building blocks, do colouring and play with his hot wheels track but I want to try and do more different things, just don't have the imagination to think of any Blush

Things my 2 and 4 yr old do
Hot wheels car wash
Car show, making a traffic jam with every vehicle you can find.
Cutting up old magazines and sticking pictures, bottle tops, leaves and other things on paper
Junk modeling with cereal boxes, egg boxes etc.
Making a Submarine or den with a blanket over a table
Making a bus or train with seats/ cushions
Playing doctors/ vets/ nursery with all the soft toys
Sticker books
Jigsaws/ easy matching games
Treasure hunt (go and find me something red, something shiny, something old etc)
Dinosaur toys hidden round room, lights off and give them a torch.
Dusting/ tidying/ filling or emptying washing machine
Kicking ball up and down hall/ skittles
Play doh
Kinetic sand

Blow up five or six balloons and let him chase them. Can do similar with bubbles.
Fill a washing up bowl with water and let him pour water from one cup to another, float boats etc.

Pintrest is the place to look.

Cutting and gluing.
Painting
Role play, hair dressers, making dinner etc.
Crack on with chores, cleaning and cooking with toddler help.
Search tuff tray but you don't actually need a tuff tray just a big container on a table.
