We’re all sick. DD1 went down on Mon night (last sick Tues night - so no school today) and the rest of us like dominos, this evening and tonight. My stomach hurts so much; I feel dehydrated; I’ve been sick 5 times since 9.30pm and still feel queasy; Dh has just started being sick. Dd2 is sleeping fretfully after lots of sick earlier in the evening. I feel very weak, hot / cold. Not great for looking after dd2 and dh or entertain Dd1

Any tips for tomorrow?

Fluids on a teaspoon for you and DD2 if she is old enough, it is better tolerated from a spoon rather than sips, space them about 20 mins apart until tolerated then shorten the time between each spoonful. Duvets and TV tomorrow, Flowers hope you all feel better soon. (DH can look after himself, concentrate on you and the kids)

Oh and make sure your hand hygiene is gold standard for the next few days.

Thank you. DD is 3, she will love cold water on a spoon. I’ve not heard of that before. Great tip.

The worst has happened- you have all got it so in a way you can relax. Things will start to get better from now on.

Lots of CBeebies tomorrow and fluids and rest.

Hope you all feel better soon.

Salt replacement sachets for you- diaholerite or something they are called -unsure of spelling.
Ice lollies- fluids and sugar. Good old flat lemonade then move on to plain crackers/ toast.
Use anti bac wipes remember door handles and flush handle for toilet.
All use own towel after handwashing. Colour each maybe?
Could someone drop these off or same day delivery eg amazon prime.

Thanks everyone. We’re going to get the PILS to do a grocery drop. Lollies / rehydration salts are a great idea. I still can’t stand up without feeling faint / v nauseous. Dh doesn’t seem so bad. And the children are feeling much better too.
