Help with Amazon item that can't be returned

I ordered a very cheap item from Amazon - brackets for a wall and received something different (a dog collar). When I click on refunds/returns it says this product is not eligible. Is there anything I can do?

Contact customer services - have always found amazon to be great on that front

Yep, live chat with Amazon. I’d be really surprised if they didn’t sort it out.

Thanks! All sorted. They gave me an extra three pound for being understanding which isn't bad considering the original item was £2 Grin
