Where would I go to get advice about who to use to audit my (very small) charity's accounts?

We use an accountant who has previously been involved in our charity. If no one suitable that is not currently involved with the charity in any way you could approach local accountant firms and see if they you’ll do it for free as part of thier charity work??

It may not be an audit that you need - below a certain income level it's "an independent examination", which need not be carried out by an accountant, just someone independent of the charity with the "necessary knowledge and experience".

Ah, I know a lot of accountants, maybe one of them will review them for me.
