Had flu jab yesterday. Just want to sleep today. Coincidence?

Admittedly I'm frequently tired due to a chronic health condition, but today I just want to sleep all day.
The nurse said as I left her room after my flu jab yesterday that it might make me tired. So it's quite possible that it's a coincidence because she suggested it.

Anyone else noticed this?

I had mine on Saturday and haven't felt properly awake since. I don't remember any of my other flu jabs ever doing this to me.

I had mine on Monday afternoon before a nightshift. I literally couldn't wake up properly on Tuesday, Slept from 0800-1545 then back to bed 1800-2130 and still felt tired.

Usually I sleep until 11am and that's it.

DH kept coming to check on me to make sure I was still alive, he was genuinely worried.

I still feel groggy today and have slept longer than usual so it may be related.

I had mine this morning, I hope I can wake up for work in the morning. It usually doesn't affect me at all.

Interesting, so possibly I'm not imagining it...

I haven't noticed anything else, just the tiredness, so could be worse I suppose.
