Is it really that unusual?
Office discussion and everyone is horrified I've been abroad once, when I was 13 (I'm not including a couple of trips to Dublin in that!)
I've never had any money to do it, I'm not keen on flying and nobody to go with but everyone seems really shocked that I'm "I have NO spare money, what am I meant to go abroad with?!"
