Leave-in conditioner for child with sensitive scalp?

Can anyone recommend a conditioner that doesn't need washing out for a child with a sensitive scalp?

We use MyItchyKid shampoo (since the Childs Farm one started making dd itch like mad). She's prone to eczema so need something ideally designed for sensitive skin in children.

The washing out with water can aggravate the eczema so want to avoid having to wash out conditioner too.

My kids don’t have particularly sensitive scalps but I swear by palmers coconut leave in conditioner- I buy it off amazon as have never seen it in the shops. No parabens, phthalates or sulphates.

Rosie - thanks. Does it leave the hair greasy at all? Dd's hire is fine and until recently hadn't needed conditioner at all.
