Mastitis? Help

Feel like I'm drying. Like flu. Muscles are so heavy and been feverish all night.
Boob was heavy all day yesterday and really hurts to touch and to feed. Except, last time I had mastitis, I didn't feel too bad, just a raised temp and I had a red patch in my boob. I don't have one this time . Is this mastitis?

It sounds like mastitis. Since you feel so poorly it would be wise to see a GP and start some antibiotics. Keep feeding or expressing from the affected side. Take ibuprofen.

Sounds like it.
I had similar on a Sunday so rang nhs who booked me an appointment at out of hours GP at the walk in centre. Antibiotics cleared it.
Don’t suffer, just get to see a doctor today and you’ll be on your way to recovery

Thanks. I will go in at 8. Last time I had antibiotics and took baby to bed with me and fed a lot.
This time different baby and he's much older. He only feeds three hrly and very efficiently, then he's ready to play, he won't tolerate lots of feeding in bed.
I think my pump caused this, so reluctant to pump.

Feed from the sore boob as much as possible, cabbage leaves in bra, drink shedloads of water and get a GP appointment
