am i depressed or just lazy

i just cant be bothered

spend my days at home with no social interaction

realised i havent showered since saturday

feel lazy and lonely... spend my days waiting for my dd to come home from school then i am all action.. she is my life
. married but maybe should be single

any attemots at joy in my life are met with obsticles

Well you don't sound happy, that's for sure.

Why are attempts met with obstacles? What kind of obstacles?

This is me at the moment ( out of work) spent most of the day in bed

obsticles, as in no support from dh to help me achieve

It does sound a lot like depression, although the fact that you can come to life when your DD comes home from school is encouraging. I think depression would normally affect even interactions with her?

How long has this been going on?
