It's been done before, but CBD capsules?

I find the taste makes me retch,so thought I'd try capsules instead.
Can anyone give me their experiences, and what dosage they were on please?
(There's very little info on how much / what strength.)
It's for arthritic pain and anxiety.
Thanks in advance.

Left it a while, but just bumping it up there. I really need help in how to decide on the dose.
Thanks if you're reading.

Recommended dosage of the hemp CBD capsules - one 1200mg cap twice a day

Ok, so that is for what condition?
Sorry to sound so dismissive, but I really need advice on dosage.
Thank you so much for replying.

So the training I've had is that we don't sell it to treat any specific condition, its licensed as a food supplement. That is the recommended dose as a food supplement.

Trouble is the capsules don’t contain very much CBD oil so you need quite a few. Have you tried the Charlotte’s Web mint chocolate flavour CBD oil instead, it tastes fine. Re dosing, I’d recommend you join the free website called Realm of Caring and input your symptoms and brand you are using and they will give you a recommended dose.

If CBD oil doesn’t help your anxiety I can really recommend Inositol powder, 10-12g a day. It’s fantastic stuff.

Some of my patients buy empty pill capsules from eBay and decant the drops into them.
