Panicking over a presentation for an interview

Can anyone help? It's supposed to be about how my skills map to the job (pretty well), how I would make a success of it (panic) and whether there is anything unique I would bring to it (more panic). I have five minutes which doesn't seem like long but I almost never do presentations.

Can anyone help please? Do I want a slide for each section, or something else? For make a success of it, I was going to go with something like networking and relationship management, and being organised, detail oriented and meticulous. (The job is about coordinating patent filings and protecting intellectual property - lots of working with people and also going over filings)

I really want this job and I can feel my brain freezing up already. Help! Confused

I have done a presentation for a job recently. It sounds very different to yours (mine was working for a brand), but I know they loved the presentation. It's something I'm pretty good at. If you pm me I am happy to send it over for inspiration?
